Uses: Used as an intermediate for electroplating additives, used to prepare copper plating brighteners, especially suitable for electroplating of printed circuit boards

Applications

1. It is used in acidic copper plating to refine grain size, resulting in a bright and continuous copper metal plating layer.

• Operation & Storage

Store container tightly sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. The product is freeze-thaw stable. Container should be heated to 60-70°C to completely melt product; mix thoroughly before use.
