Corrosion Inhibitor PT-PP68 is derived from acetylene. It is very effective for protecting steel and aluminium from corrosion in acidic and neutral media. It can be used as acid fracturing corrosion inhibitor in shale drilling and oil field development.

PT-PP68 is neither corrosive nor toxic. It has toxicological and ecological advantages over other corrosion inhibitorssuch as conventional acetylenic alcohols.
PT- PP68 is more effective than conventional corrosion inhibitors at lower active concentrations, and its toxicology is more favourable.
