Product Features

This product belongs to alcohol ether phosphate esters and it is a multi-purpose additive. PT-200 can be used as an extreme pressure anti-wear additive for metalworking fluids. It has good alkali resistance, extreme pressure, lubrication, emulsification, rust prevention and corrosion inhibition properties. It also has good electrolyte resistance and high stability in alkaline environment.

Applications

 PT-200 is an extreme pressure anti-wear agent, corrosion inhibitor, emulsifier and detergent. And it is also oil-based and water-based rolling dispersants. It is mainly used for cutting fluid, glass cutting and polishing lubricant, etc.

 It can be used in emulsified oil and semi-synthetic formulas, and has outstanding effects on stainless steel and aluminum alloy processing.

 PT-200 can replace Evonik Rewocoros AL200.

• Operation & Storage

Store container tightly sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. The product is freeze-thaw stable. Container should be heated to 60-70°C to completely melt product; mix thoroughly before use.
